Online Therapy
Online counselling is an effective alternative to face-to-face counselling sessions. It has also proven to be as effective as being in the physical therapy room.
To benefit most from online counselling, you will need a good internet connection, and a private place where you won't be disturbed.
I use Whats App for online counselling. If you are a bit nervous of online counselling, don't hesitate to ring me and we can discuss how it may work for you.
During a session, if there are technical issues, we can contact each other via mobile, and either try to rectify the situation, continue our session through an alternative option such as zoom, or phone, or re-schedule.
